Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide your order number.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label to print and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unused or lightly used vegan beauty products in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
